Practitioners of complementary therapies who hold a recognised qualification
in anatomy & physiology.
What will I learn?
A 3-day intensive hands-on course teaching you how to safely perform the
abdominal massage on yourself and your clients. On completion you will have:

a better understanding of where the abdominal organs are

how to massage the uterus to aid circulation and improve ligament restrictions

how to successfully massage the intestines to aid digestion and elimination
-
how to massage and release tension in the sacrum and coccyx area
-
how to powerfully integrate deep tissue, visceral and acupressure techniques to facilitate successful and productive bodywork treatment for both men and women

Review basic and abdominal A&P
Demonstration and practice self-help and uterine massage
Discuss uterine pathologies and contraindications
Day 2 (Price £100 inc DVD)
Demonstration and practice small & large intestine massage
Discuss pathologies of digestive area and contraindications
Day 3 (£100)
Demonstration and practice sacral/coccyx massage
Discuss pathologies and contraindications
Practice the complete massage
On successful completion of all 3 days an Abdominal-Sacral Massage Practitioner's Certificate will be issued.
